airport shuttle from Philadelphia to King of Prussia

Does anyone have a recommendation as to which company to use for shuttle service to and from the Philadelphia Airport? We are planning to stay at the Crowne Plaza/King of Prussia. Have no desire to rent a car. Thank you!

If you don't mind rudeness, try Tropiano.

If you are staying in King of Prussia, you will need a car every day.

What is the most reasonably priced way to get from PHL (airport) to King of Prussia, to be picked up by a friend in KofP? Thx.

The most reasonably priced way is to take Regional Rail to 3Oth Station and then either the 124 or 125 bus from Schuylkill Avenue and JFK Blvd (just across the street, ask at the help desk where to exit) to outside JC Penney at the KOP Mall.

You can also get off the train at Suburban Station and go up the 17th and JFK Blvd exit and get either bus on the corner.

The least expensive way is to take the SEPTA Regional Rail Line from the airport to 30th Street Station, and then take a SEPTA bus (Routes 124 or 125) to King of Prussia. Tell the conductor that you want an Individual Independence Pass. Regional Rail Conductors will have the actual Individual Independence Passes available for sale ($12) on all trains. If he doesn't have any, he will issue you a ticket that can be redeemed at the ticket office at 30th Street Station. The pass is good on the train and the bus.

If your friend does not want to drive all the way to the airport, suggest taking the regional rail to either Norristown or Villanova, both only a couple of miles from KoP. If it is at night, go to Villanova as the station is in the middle of campus and in a very affluent neighborhood. Norristown is fine during the daytime but would not recommend being there at night.

You can take a bus from Norristown to KoP mall, but for the short distance it is probably easier for your friend to drive another mile or two up 202.
