The Country Inn and Suites is nice and is very close to Dutch Wonderland. (Don't confuse it with the Country Inn next to Your Place restaurant).

Also give the best western revere inn a look. Nice clean room, indoor outdoor pool, and a very generous free breakfast. I'm here now.

If you are looking for one that a kid would love look into Fulton Steamboat, its maybe not even a mile from DW. They have rooms with kids bunk beds, a great playground, pond & ducks that the kids can feed, cute indoor pool and nice theming throughout. My kids love this place and best of all prices are very good. they recently renovated and rooms are very nice.

I would also recommend the Comfort Suites Amish Country on Route 30. It is located just a few minutes down the road from Dutch Wonderland (on the same side of the street). We just stayed there this week for 4 nights, and it was a great place to stay. This hotel is only about 4 months old, so obviously it is in excellent condition. They keep the place immaculate, and everyone who works there is very friendly. Also, they have a very nice continental breakfast that includes at least one hot dish on the menu every morning, and whatsmore they will make you a fresh Belgian waffle at your request. They also have a small indoor pool.

We recently came back from Lancaster and saw a New Wingate by Wyndham hotel that had just opened right near the Dutch Wonderland and next to the Caribbean Indoor Waterpark. The hotel lobby was absolutely beautiful. You may want to give this place a try.
