Mariners Cay

Thinking of renting a 2 bedroom townhome in Mariners Cay in October. Looks like we can still walk to shops and beach and we enjoy marina views. Does anyone know anything about Mariners Cay?

Probably as much as you do from the website:

a gated community of two- and three-bedroom flats and townhomes complete with a private deep-water marina, a swimming pool, tennis courts and so much more.

Trulia & others show many short sales & foreclosures../.

October is a wonderful time to be at Folly. Be sure to go to Bowen's for supper. It's the real lowcountry dining experience. Oysters will be coming into season.
