Huntington Villas Palmetto Dunes

Looking at staying in one of the Huntington Villa's for a vacation in the fall. Can anyone tell me if they have been to Palmetto Dunes and have stayed in one of the villas. Are they quiet? Close to beach?

I'm sure others can chime who have rented, but since I own one I'll comment.

They're considered third row, as there are one or two villas between them and the beach. In any case, it's roughly a five minute walk along any number of paved beach paths to the ocean. They're on a quieter stretch of beach, as many of the oceanfront villas there don't allow vacation rentals - so, many of the oceanfront villas are owned by first and second home folks who don't frequent the beach in numbers.

It's very quiet I've found, because they're staggered townhomes, essentially, with 2 to 4 units attached. (Not stacked, like many of the villas on the ocean.)

And, I've had renters who rent from January through March there ever since I've owned my place, so I think that speaks to how "liveable" and desireable they are.
