big enough for two families?

Are the Anderson and the Ocean Reef 3 bedroom condos big enough for two families. There are 7 of us in total? 3 Adults and 4 teenagers.

What is the bedding?...kings, queens, twins?? Pull-out couch? Are they 2 or 3 bathrooms??

Most 3 bed/condos do sleep 6 to 7...but it can be tight. And is this all family?

How good of friends are you? Because...by the end of the week...you

may not be anymore. (just kidding....but it can get crowded quickly)

As far at the kitchen and lvling room, that part would be ok. Its the sleeping arrangements that you need to be concerned with. (and bathroom)

May want to splurge a little and have both families have seperate condos.

Thats what I would do.

There are several condos with 4 bedrooms. That would be your best bet.

I don't know if you are set on where you are going to stay at or not but we stayed in a three bedroom at Grand Atlantic last year. One bedroom had a king whcih had a ocean front balcony. The other two bedrooms both had 2 queens. You could make it a four bedtoom bygetting the lockout room next to it which had just a king bed.
