Boutique style hotel?

I am looking for recommendations on where to stay in Myrtle Beach this May. I would love to find an upscale boutique style hotel on the beach, preferably with a pool and on site restaurant. The smaller and quieter the better. Any suggestions? Thanks :)

For upscale hotels, check out The South Wind, Island Vista, The Anderson Ocean Club and North Beach Plantation up in North Myrtle Beach. None are what I would consider "boutique hotels", which are usually found in large cities like NYC...but they are nice and luxurious. (for Myrtle Beach anyway ;) Look up in North Myrtle for "smaller and quieter".

I am not aware of boutique hotels in MB. The list above is a good one you should also add Royale Palms to that list. It has the nicest accomodations in MB and is a first calss property.Good luck

Examples provided are large resorts.....there is nothing 'boutique' about them other than some may have on-site spa and restaurant options. Boutique hotels don't exist in MB (at least that I am aware of).
