Staying in winter on beach

A couple years ago I stayed at a small motel in south mb w/I walking distance to Springmaid and the museum. I can't remember the name. It was a great location but not what I would like for longer stay.

Can you suggest condo/hotel located in that area on the beach? Also if anyone knows if senior center allows winter or temporary membwrship.

Compass cove. Many snow birds stay there and there are many activities.

I second Compass Cove for water amenities and snowbird programs, but there are other newer choices along that stretch. Paradise Resort is one and maybe someone else can name the others. Anything in the 20's (Aves. S) will be in the vicinity you recall.

And yes, I'm sure you'll be able to use the senior centers and their programs, check MB's webpage.

Regency Towers, if they aren't already full for the winter. That would be my choice.

Also, Holiday Sands South (condo, not hotel) isn't bad, if you get a 2 bedroom. The 1 bedroom suites are a little small for my taste.

I think the condos are under Condolux management, so based on their reputation, I would not rent there.
