Can you please advise how the Jelly Fish have been? I will be there in 2 weeks for our Destination Wedding and I am hoping that the Jellies have migrated else where lol and that the Hurricane like weather has passed.

Hi Christa....We were there over the weekend and the black sand flies were there as well...They bite and are very tenacious. I would recommend trying to hold of some Cactus Juice bug repellant. Google them on the internet and see if there is a store in your area that carries it.

When you say Black sand flies as well, does this mean that you seen a lot of jellies as well?

We did not see a lot of the jelly fish....The black flies are up on the beach...When you sitting on the beach they bite you. They are not pleasant and if you are not prepared it will be a quick day at the beach. If you do not have bug spray about your only option is to swat and bear it or if you have a beach chair, go sit down by the water edge. They will not go down there.
