Pet Friendly OF w/pool?

Thinking of a trip thix summer. If we bring the dog, we could stay a week. If not, only a few nights. Two kids - 8 and 10. Is there a condo (wtih W/D) that would take a dog (we crate her when out - she doesn't bark at all).

TIA,

KC

Most condo homoeowner associations do not allow guests to have pets. A few might say they do and let you bring them but most don't. You might try VRBO and see why you find. I can't think of any oceanfront hotels that allow pets during the summer either, a few in the winter allow them at that time only. Single family and duplexs will probably be your best bet, but OF won't be cheap, you might have to go off ocean. And everyone says their "fluffy" doesn't bark. But I can promise you they do, when you leave then they bark especially in a strange location left alone. Grand Strand Vacation Rentals in North Myrtle Beach does advertise some pet friendly, but I make no promises on condition nor cleanliness

As suggested try VRBO. We've rented several pet friendly condos thru VRBO and have had good luck. None have been oceanfront. You can try the Holiday Inn in Surfside- they are oceanfront and used to be pet friendly. I haven't checked in a while.

Thanks for the suggestions - I'll keep looking at VRBO. The dog is really odd - she doesn't even bark when someone comes to the door and knocks or rings the bell.

Suggestions for entire Grand Strand area.

Realtors in North Myrtle Beach. You can enter what you're looking for. Some are marked with a paw print to show they are et friendly.

Keep in mind. Pets aren't allowed on beach except certain times of the day during the summer.

There is a dog park in MB. Think it's down around Market Common area on the old Air Force Base.
