North Myrtle on a tight budget

I am interested in any recent restaurant bargains you have found. Perhaps kids eat free etc??? We will be traveling with 3 children and find ourselves on a tight budget this year.

Thanks

A couple of cheap options would be to get pizza and salad at Basil's or get a meal or two at IGA. We paid $13 for 2 fried chicken meals at IGA and that included 3 sides and a drink. That was probably our cheapest meal! Another option is to buy some restaurant.com certificates. We used one when we were there. If you have a full kitchen where you are staying, you could always cook in a few nights.

Joe's Hamburgers is awesome. A great atmosphere that is not fast food but fast food prices. At 48th Avenue right across the road from Barefoot Landing. Burgers, pulled pork, fries, onion rings etc. Nothing fancy but good food and very cheap (2.50 for a beer, I think 3.60 for a burger)
