Tony - if you've seen the M&S advert this year, you will know that Santa has a very glamorous and resourceful Mrs Claus. Who lets him believe he is running the show, while she is actually working very hard behind the scenes.
Belief is the important word here. If you believe you can resolve the issue, if people believe in working together, then real things happen ;o)
