Jersey people

We have just returned from a long weekend in Jersey and i would just like to say what lovely people we met, from steve the taxi driver to the local people and the bus drivers.

Everyone was so friendly, we stayed at Hotel Christina which i will review, could not fault this hotel.

We will definitely return!

Hi, thinking of going next year. Can anyone recommend good reasonably priced accomadation. Thinking of hiring a car so location not that important. Do you drive on the left hand side of the road? Also whats the average price of eating out and is supermarket prices much dearer than the UK?

How expensive is it to visit some of the local attractions. 2 adults/2 children travelling.

Thanks

Hello Spud,

A number of your questions can be answered by using the search facility in this forum as the questions have come up a few times this year.

We do drive on the left hand side of the road as per the UK.

Eating out - there have been a lot of questions about pub food which have been answered the last couple of days and these are a good guide. Food is about 20% more expensive than the UK in my experience (but others may disagree)

Local attractions depend on the age of your children but the websites all have clear pricing policies:
