looking for a very clean hotel

travelling to jersey for our 25th wedding anniversay.

im a bit of a stickler when it comes to cleanliness

any one know anything about the Hampshire Hotel..

or recommend any where elese thats not very expensive

I know what you mean! I think you will find most if not all hotels in jersey are clean, there is however a marked disparity when it comes to fashion! You basically have the ones that "have it" and the ones that don't, which is why you will get some comments on websites about 80's decor.

Having said this, the tourist market in Jersey is moving rapidly and more and more hotels are undergoing a big facelift.

If you want to play it safe why not go for the SAS Radisson and get a sea view - stunning!

A big double thumbs up from me for the Hampshire Hotel, it's one of my favourites in that star bracket.

It was fully refurbished last year (and I mean ripped out and started again, not just new carpets and a lick of paint) and has been beautifully finished.

You often find that hotels will put their 'best' room on their website pictures - All the rooms at the Hampshire are the same or higher standard as the one that appears in their literature.

You can't go wrong in my opinion. The food is good too.
