Loch Lomond with toddler and older grandparents

Looking for recommendations for a hotel in the national park or on Loch Lomond so we can easily drive to callendar, stirling etc for half days. Most importantly we need a very kid friendly but nice hotel for our 2 year old explorer so plenty of grounds, indoor pool and / or nearby play areas would be ideal as we may chill at the hotel in the afternoons. We are traveling with my husbands father who is 85 and mother in law so also need somewhere they will enjoy for the afternoons also.

I have been looking at the macdonald forest hills hotel as it ticks a lot of the boxes and does afternoon tea etc which would be nice too.

Comments and suggestions welcomed!
