Interesting list, don't think i can manage all them in 3 nights!!! anyone do a round up of what the best ten would be?

Saw popovers on there, what are they?

Duck confit grilled cheese sounds interesting?

A popover is kind of a tall, light muffin.

Memphis is famous for barbecue, so you'll want to try that. Beyond that, it will depend on your preferences. Some things and places that made the list I don't care for, but some things and places I love aren't even on the list. Two of my favs on that list would be a snow cone from Jerry's and the Chilean sandwich from Pop's. Neither of these places are anywhere near the regular tourist areas, but are both worth a drive across town!
