Nashville Vacation with an Infant

Hi. We are considering travelling to Nashville in October with our son Jasper. He will be 13 weeks old at that time. Is Nashville a good place to go with such a little one? We are aware of the zoo. Any other good attractions? Suggested hotels? Anything is helpful. Thanks!

You might want to check out the Adventure Science Center. It is totally for kids and tons of fun. Just make sure you stay with your child in the 3 story climbing tower ~ our son climbed in a hole and came out on the next floor! You can also visit the Frist Center for the Visual Arts, which has a kids area on the 2nd floor. Lots of cool ways for them to learn about art. There is also the Lane Motor Museum, it has a rare collection of automobiles from around the world. And you can always dine at the Rainforest Cafe, which doesn't have very good food, but is fun for kids.

At 13 weeks I kinda doubt the kid will make it to their 3rd floor of the climbing tower....alone. Maybe he's advanced for his age though.

Ha ha, yeah he won't be climbing by then. :) Thanks for the suggestions though! Any other ideas would be appreciated too!

No. Do not travel to Nashville with a 13 month old. Wait until he is at least 15 months old. Or maybe go to somewhere that he will appreciate. Maybe Tunica. Or Vegas. .
