Iconic Dallas Things

Hi All - planning to be in Dallas for one day. What's something fun and iconic to do with my girls (young 23's)? Maybe some fun boutiques, restaurants, I am looking for something that's very dallas. Any suggestions?

Neiman-Marcus, downtown. www.neimanmarcus.com/store/info/store.jhtml…

Later, walk to the free, vintage McKinney Ave Trolley and visit West Village in Uptown. The trolley makes multiple stops as it travels through Uptown - easy on/off to visit (your requested) boutiques/restaurants/indie theater. http://www.mata.org/ride.shtml
