The hotel is not well situated for walking to nearby neighborhoods. You'll want to take a car or taxi.

For lunchtime bar hopping and food, McKinney Ave Uptown would be a good choice.

For Sunday, the 6th floor museum and Dealey Plaza is a popular tourist destination (JFK assassination site). Or you could go to museums in the Arts district.

The website that would be helpful for things to do on Sunday would be this website! Look at "Things to Do" to the left of the forum.

I would ask at the Renaissance but the DART light rail Market Center station is close by- less than a mile. Riding the green line over to Deep Ellum to All Good Cafe might be fun. Or catching the red/blue line up to Cityplace/Uptown and ride the McKinney Avenue Trolley around Uptown.

We are driving down in a motorhome. Is there a park and ride that would have a bus shuttle to the stadium?

Heres the link to Cowboy Stadium parking rules and cost for RV's

Here's the link to parking at the Lincoln Sq shopping center shuttle. I couldn't find anything about parking an RV and taking the shuttle, so you might call them.

Link to a shuttle from Humperdinks

And "The T" in Ft Worth runs a shuttle service but I wouldnt think you'd want to drive all the way over to Ft. Worth and back to Arlington unless you choose to stay over there.

There is not much other park and ride transportation I'm aware of.
