Downtown historic district ghost tours

We've lived in Houston area for several years but not done many of the "touristy" things. My wife heard about downtown ghost tours of historic district. Does anyone know anything about these? Are they worth the time/cost?

Hi New,

I agree with Kingwood, I was born here, and had not heard of ghost tours. One of the best I have been on, is in New Orleans, in the Quarter..so don't miss that one, when you go there!

But, I found this:

I know it was once said that there is a ghost that lives at the Old Spaghetti Warehouse in Houston, so I am sure we have our share of fantasms.

If you all go, let us know how it is, and we can reccomend it to others who vist H-town.

Discover Houston Tours has lots of different tours, including a cemetery tour and a ghost tour, as well as the more typical tours--downtown tunnel tours, for instance. http://www.discoverhoustontours.com/
