Electical Shops at IAH

We will be at IAH for a stopover on route to Costa Rica, we have about 4 hours wait. Can anyone advise if there are shops at the airport where we can purchase an Ipad? Many Thanks.

I've never looked for something like this at any airport, but at IAH, the best bet would be at Terminal E. There are more stores there.

Why not leave for the Airport early, and stop at a local place to buy one? Airport prices are outragious for most items.

There are a couple of duty free chains at IAH, Dufry is one - cannot remember the other. They usually have some electronics but not sure about an Ipad.

4 hour layover is not that long but you can go out and buy it retail. You will have to ask the taxi to wait for you and run in get the Ipad and rush back. There is a Fry electronics not far from the airport as well as 2 Best Buy stores, one close to Fry's the other in Humble. You should be able to do a round trip in about one hour.

Thank you for your replies. We wanted to get one in the states as they are the same price in dollers as they are in pounds! I think we would be cutting it fine to go out of the airport. Will keep a look out for Dufry : )
