I emailed them some weeks back, and they said they would try. I'll definitely email them again. I've got my travel details now from jet2 which includes my Hotel voucher with booking reference, so i'll include that in my email. Cant do any harm reminding them again.

I know parque santiago guests in either 3 or 4 are allowed to share facilities, great water park facilities for juniors in 3

PS4 seems quieter and less crowded than PS3. That's why we want PS4

We booked a studio with Thomsons at PS4 for the first two weeks of Sept. Is there a chance we won't get the PS4? If so then surely Thomson's have mis-sold me our holiday? Or is this just something that happens with other tour operators as I don't recall Thomsons saying that there is a chance that we may get boarded at PS3.

When we booked with jet2, they said it would be PS3 or PS4. We'll find out on arrival. That's why I want to email them to get PS4.

Anyone here booked either the PS3 or PS4 exclusively and been boarded at the other?

Just trying to find out if this lucky dip that seems to happen between the 2 sites is something that is a reality if you have booked one or the other exclusively with a tour operator.
