Where to go?

We are a group of eight ladies varying ages up to 60 staying at the Hotel Vulcano, PDLA, and would like to know if there is somewhere to have a dance other than Veronicas area?

Head out of the hotel and turn right ,then take the first right again down the side of the Vulcano and approx 100 yards on your left hand. Side there is a row of bars that cater for us older ones but young at heart

Would stay well clear of Veronica's. Like forest boy said head for La Paz Strip or 5 minutes other direction to Patch. Music in Brewers Droop, Sax Bar (more rock), Gaelic corner, Dublinner downstairs (dancing on the table Irish music), or Shennanigans , my personnel favourite with Looney Tunes. Don't come on till 10.30 but get in at 10.00 for seat in Royal Box. Only problem is Freddie on keyboard a little risqué with his jokes but when they get in full swing it's a greet night. You can check them out on U Tube, put in Looney Tunes Tenerife. Don't forget Tenerife or you will be watching a cartoon.

Jump a taxi to the soul lodge you will be up dancing all night, to some great entertainers, and cheap drink prices.

tenerifetravel.com/maps/southtenerife_large.…

suite is on the la paz strip

lodge is at the pueblo canario centre grid D5

We love both, but the lodge just has the edge for us, as I find the soul suite too warm sometimes, and especially when it's chocker.

the lodge is more spaced out, cheaper drinks prices, and a bigger dance floor.

I don´t know the reasons but the Soul Lodge does not have live music at the moment. They expect to get their acts back from Wednesday September 3rd until then .... every night apart from Tuesday´s will be Stefan Dee playing all your favorite Motown, Northern, Crossover & Modern Soul Tunes .....

You will have a great night at the Soul Lodge, went every night when we went there in June. Stefan and Simonne were great hosts and drinks are cheap.
