Hi

From the Siam park website...

Q. Is the park accessible for wheelchair users?

A. Yes

Also found this from a TA review from people that went there Dec 2013

My partner and I brought our 3 kids, eldest 16 in a wheelchair and others aged 9 and 13. Went on 23rd Dec so did not need to queue. Though mostly wheelchair accessible though the park, only until you want to get on a ride and you have to carry up many stairs to get to the top of all rides except for the Wave Beach and the Lazy River. If your fit and can carry someone who can't walk it is possible for someone with a disability to go on most of the rides, but the person with the disability would need to grip on tightly. Other kids loved it and had a great time. Overall a great place and had an enjoyable day!

Hope this helps
