Park City/Deer Valley: evening family activities?

I've seen info on sleigh rides and know there'a at least one ice skating rink. What evening activities have you found for a family with kids aged 12, 11 and 8? Also--any sleigh ride outfitter you'd recommend or not? Thanks a million!

Ice skating rink at Kimball Junction. There is the Eccles cultural center which often has entertainment, concerts, plays, etc. Check their schedule. There is a movie theatre at Kimball Junction also and many restaurants that are kid friendly all over town. There is a discount mall near the Olympic park-not sure of the hours of either. Walking and window shopping Main Street( which is open until 9pm) is fun for everyone. I don't know about PC sleigh rides but I know there is one at the Homestead in Heber which is not far if you have a car. If you venture into Salt Lake at night- I could give you more ideas. Check out the yurt dinner experience. Your kids might enjoy something like that.

For lift serviced tubing there's Gorgoza Park in Parleys Canyon(between SLC and PC) and then there's Soldier Hollow in Midway(where they had the X country skiing during the Olympics, 20 mins south of PC). Never been to Gorgoza but I know that Soldier Hollow is around $15 for 2 hours of tubing. Thats also where the Homestead Resort is. I have been on a sleigh ride there last winter and it was ok. The area that they take you to is lacking a little, but we got a package deal that included dinner, good food. There also is the Viking Yurt in PC at The Canyons but I am pretty sure you would end up paying twice as much there as at the Homestead. It probably would be a better sleigh ride though.
