Snow in Utah

What is the probabilty of snow the first two weeks of December in the Park City and Alta/Snowbird Areas. Is there a good chance we will be able to ski? (and cross country ski) Any info would be appreciated.

You will definitely be skiing by then, its just the quality of snow and how much. The resorts are slated to open around 2 weeks from this Saturday on the weekend of the 17th. X country, im not sure but depending upon where you are and if weve had enough snow you should be okay.

We are always skiing in December. Resorts will have a combination of natural and man made snow. For many years The World Cup Racing Series was held in Park City over Thanksgiving weekend.

I'm sure you will have a good time.
