Need help remembering restaurant...

Hi all - going back to Park City and need help - there is a restaurant on the opposite side of the road from teh OlympicPark (I believe it is in the Redstone Center). Very high ceilings, fun place, big fun bar, great salads, wide open spaces- can someone help me remember the name, please//

Thanks

Hi...I think you're thinking of Redrock Brewery, which has a large menu, and the atmosphere you're describing. Here's the link: http://www.redrockbrewing.com/

Another possibility is Ghidotti's, which is an Italian restaurant with beautiful decor. It also has high ceilings, but I don't think it's the place that you'd order a main course salad. The food and atmosphere are great, however. Here's their link: http://www.ghidottis.com/

Have a good trip!

It does sound like Red Rock. However, a new one to checkout in the adjacent Newpark is Maxwell's, which opened this spring. It has been THE hottest spot at Kimball's Junction this summer serving a pizza and sandwich menu.

I am going to chime in with RedRock, which is fun. Ghidoties (sp) is right across the way. If you want to go in to Park City check out Squatters on Park Ave which is also fun, but yes I think you are remembering Red Rock, get the Hearts of Palm salad, veeeery good. Have fun!

There is a another called Good Thymes right next to WaMu--west and a little south of the Smiths grocery store. Not the one your probably describing, which sounds like RedRock Brewrey.
