Overnight Street Parking Near Deer Valley

Hello -

Will be in PC Feb 14-19 and debating whether I should rent a car at SLC for the flexiblity to travel to Alta and Soldier Hollow for tubbing. Is overnight street parking allowed near Deer Valley for non residents?

Most properties have their own parking and it should not be a problem. Where are you staying?

St Regis. Which is a problem :). I have no aversion to spending money, just throwing it away. If overnight street parking is not allowed, are there any garages nearby? Thanks.

There is no overnight street parking there. However you might be able to park in the DV overnight, but not certain. From there it would be a short walk to the funicular to the St. Regis, but that if you can overnight in the DV lot.

Car is a real convenience, especially if you want to take side trips. Have St. Regis keep it. You have already spent in excess of 1k per night so parking fees are part of the "experience." St. regis is nice place. We ate dinner there recently.
