night life near mount stowe

Anyone know of any bars/clubs in the area?

I'm going in January with a bunch of 22/23 year old guys and we're looking to snowboard during the day and party at night.

We heard mount stowe and jay peak were awesome for boarding, but have very little night life. We're looking for both.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean Mt. Snow, the ski resort in southern Vermont?

Or do you mean the village of Stowe and the ski area at Mt. Mansfield called simply "Stowe"?

Bet he means Stowe signott. :)

Yes - the rumors are true, Stowe and certainly Jay are reasonably tame at night. There are 2 clubs which usually have music: The Rusty Nail and the Matterhorn - both on Rt. 108 (aka: the mountain road) in Stowe. Burlington is THE place for nightlife, with many clubs with music on assorted nights. It's a ~50 min drive from Stowe and prolly 1:40 from Jay.
