From Granada to Managua for an earl a.m. Flight

We are staying in Granada for our trip, our flight leaves Managua at 7:30 a.m. On a Tuesday.

Should we find transport from Granada (suggestions), our would you recommend staying the night before closer to the airport in Managua.

I've done both; both are practical.

I caught a very early Paxeos shuttle from Granada (are they still around?), and the other occasion I stayed literally across the street from the airport (1 minute walk) at the Best Western. Beautiful grounds; decent rooms.

Paxeos is apparently out of business.

I had the same early flight out and was staying in Granada, and we simply had the hotel schedule a driver to take us to the airport in the morning. It wasn't a problem. I seem to remember paying about $40 US.

Pretty much every hotel has someone of trust that can provide a transfer for you at any time. Other options will be Vapues tours, ORO Travel, Nicaragua Escapade, Nicaragua Adventures and many more. It should not be a problem at all to get a ride to the airport.
