The most likely solution is to take the Trenitalia unreserved regionale train from Naples to Salerno, then connect to the hourly SITA bus to Minori. The cost is 4.00 Euros (to Salerno), plus 3.60 Euros (to Minori). Travel time is approx. 40 minutes (to Salerno), plus 60 minutes (to Minori). You can do this any day of the week.
Additionally, from Monday through Saturday, there are DIRECT (no connections) SITA buses from Naples (Immacolatella Port) to Minori at 9:00, 14:15 and 17:30, which take 105 minutes and cost 4.00 Euros. If you are able to take one of these direct buses, you avoid the connection to the SITA bus at the Salerno train station (as well as save money and time).
