magaluf in October

Hi. Me and a friend are going out to magaluf 11th October and just wondering what's open and what it's like as ive seen quite a few mixed messages about the place at this time of year.

Thanks

Koral.........

This subject comes up all the time..................and I will have to answer it with the same reply..........

From October onwards the resort of Magaluf very quickly becomes quieter with each passing week.

The first week of October won't be bad..................but it WILL be much quieter than normal and the resort is on the "close down" path, with the resort of Magaluf becoming a ghost town by the end of October!

So all in all head along to (the strip) "Punta Balena" in Magaluf and there will be enough places to have a good time.........

BUT as a guide to everyone thinking of going out to Magaluf at this time of the year.............last week of September is really the last BIG week for the resort.

Have fun..........

The reply MG has given is spot on.

Magaluf starts to "close" for the season from October. By the end of that month you would not recognise it as the resort we love.

Go June to September if you can for both weather and nightlife.
