Delaneys is on the way out of Sa Coma. It's way along the other end from Playa Dorada hotel. If you walk along the length of the beach, there's a bar round from that end of the beach called Kings Head, you would follow the road round from this bar to get to Delaneys, 15 min walk. Haven't been back to Sa Coma, was there in 2009, Delaneys was usually pretty empty and we were there in the height of summer, they had live acts on with barely a dozen people or so in it. There was rumours that they were looking to sell it a couple of years ago so don't know if it's still them or other owners than have it, or even if it's still there either as Delaneys or a new name. Be interested to find out.

Most bars will be showing football, Kings Head probably and Britannia bar near it. Most of the bars are along the other end from Playa Dorada.

Delanys is still there, it's a nice slow stroll from the kings head but well worth it as it shows all football no matter what satellite channel it on, foods very good if you like huge portions and are a meat eater and when I was last there the beer was one euro a pint whilst the footy was on and the owner let us buy a couple in before the end of the match. Both Delanys and the kings head are great bars with food - kings head drinks were expensive but entertainment was very good. I've been going to Sa Coma for many years and these 2 are highly recommended. If you go into Cala Millor there is a nice bar called Danni's which I reviewed a few years back.

We have just returned from Sa Coma, whilst out for an evening walk the police came and took down the posters telling folk where Delaneys bar is. I have to say it did look very quiet - probably the wrong part of town as unless you are walking towards Cala Millor you would not know it was there.

Shame really; it's an English owned bar not Spanish owned masquerading as English. Can't believe the police would take their posters down when it sounds like they could do with the business.

Thanks for your reply. Didn't manage to get to Delanays; too far to walk without knowing whether or not live music was on. Kings Head and Britannia weren't over busy and some of the tribute bands in these bands were awful so would imagine Delanays wouldnt be busy?

Not worth the walk. The food is poor
