Can someone confirm if your iphone 5 charger survived the plug outlets at memories caribe?
I am planning on taking my phone to also snap some photos and listen to music, but am unsure if I should purchase an adapter.
Please advise - thanks in advance :)

57 reviews Your iPhone will be dual voltage, so you should have no problem. Anyway there will be a 110 volt socket in the bathroom you could use to recharge it.

Charged my iPhone 4S at the Caribe about a week ago, several times with no issues. No adapter or converter needed, just plug in directly and charge. Your i 5 should be the same. Enjoy!
As with most resorts in Cuba, and ALL that I have stayed at including this resort, no issues using or charging any electrical items from phones to music to speakers!
