I was in Culebra last month and had very good experiences at two food stands. I cannot for the life of me recall their names and they don't seem to be posted in the current Culebra listings. Anyone know their names??
The black-painted school bus at the fork in the road near the airport: served me very good shredded chicken tacos. service was quick, price was right, and yum!
In the small market area (across from post office, a block from ferry landing), the stall that sells healthful teas, natural meds and a little jewelry: it has old copies of "Surfer" magazine tor read and there is good people watching from the tables and chairs under the little marketplace roof--which was a lifesaver. Truly good coffee and breakfast, but the day I went had to wait quite a bit longer than expected.
