First Timers wondering where to stay

We are an active 60 year old couple, planning first visit in September/October for one week. Looking for a place with a nice view, quiet and easy access to the beach - preferably Flamenco beach. Budget is around $1,000 - $1,250 for the week. Hotel, villa, guest house all okay. Where would you recommend?

Casa del Sol would be great for you. We are also a couple who are 60. You would not be in close proximity to a beach though. Very few places on Culebra are close/on the beach. You will need a vehicle. There are a couple of placed on Flamanco, but I am not sure how quiet they would be.

We're in our mid-60s and enjoyed our 4 day stay at Casa Resaca, a nice, clean guesthouse. Be sure to check out the many different beaches on Culebra, and make sure to snorkel with the sea turtles at Tamarindo beach.
