Wi-Fi Cafes?

We are visiting this weekend and staying at the Williamsburg Plantation. My husband needs to be able to access the internet and it needs to be high speed internet not dial-up. It appears that our hotel offers dial up service only (I didn't know people still used dial up but what can you do...) Does anyone know the location of a wi-fi cafe that he could use? Thanks, Moms

Merchants Square is supposed to be a wi-fi hot spot. Aroma's and the Starbucks inside the Barnes and Noble William & Mary bookstore are both in Merchants Square. Panera Bread in New Town off Monticello is another place.

I'm not familiar with the specific Williamsburg locations but in general, Panera Bread's wifi is free, but Starbuck's charges.
