4rth of July Fireworks information needed!

Hi, we are headed up to LG on July 3 and 4 and would like information on the best place to see fireworks. Someone told me the Wrigley family has some fireworks on the 3rd and then LG and Fontana does something on the 4rth. Is this still accurate? Where should we go sit to view? THANKS!

This is the website for Grand Geneva Resort, which is where the major fireworks go off. Grand Geneva is located off of Hwy. 50, where Rt. 12, 120 and County H come together. So, it is somewhat outside of the town of LG proper. If you are unfamiliar with it, it is large with lots of areas to park and sit.

This is Lake Geneva's website and it lists the activities in Fontana and at the LG Country Club, both of which can be seen from a boat on the lake.

There are also firework boat tours July 3-4 through LG cruise line www.cruiselakegeneva.com

Also, on July 4 there are fireworks and a bbq at Geneva National Golf Course, just outside of the LG heading west on RT 50 www.genevanationalresort.com There would be parking and places to sit.

As you can see, there really isn't just one July 4 activity. Depending on where you are staying, you may be able to see all of this from your hotel/resort with a nice beverage and no worries of crowds or parking just by looking up. Otherwise, I think you would probably have to choose one site and go there. You should also know that LG will be crowded.

Hope this helps.
