Fort Bridger vs. Fort Caspar

I'm wondering if anyone's been to Fort Bridger and how they would rate it as a stop between Sandy, Utah and Casper, Wyoming. The same question goes for Fort Caspar. About how long would it take to tour either one? Neither one has been rated in Trip Advisor.

Neither are very large or really have a lot....I may not even have gone to Fort Caspar now that I think about it. We stayed at the Ft Caspar campground (right next door) and wandered around after hours, so maybe some of it was closed...it was certainly not memorable if it was open. I do remember the river and the ferry and that was nice.

Ft Bridger was an interesting stop and I enjoyed the visit, though it might be a little more of a detour than you might want if you are trying to get to Casper in one day. Unless there is some special happening an hour is all you would need. (of course it has been years since we went so things could have changed.)
