Trip Report

If it could go wrong it did.

Came home a week early due to illness.

Our unit (505) at Menehune shores was spectacular. I couldnt have asked for anything nicer.

The beach there was like icing sugar.

There was no issue with smell or seaweed that some in the past mentioned.

Our trip with Trilogy was wonderful, everyone had a blast and loved the adventues.

Best meal I would say was the fish market in Lahania

www.fishmarketmaui.com/

I loved their shrimp and pork taco's

The Seafood chowder was great too.

Our stay with Airbnb hostess Anushka in Lahania was incredible.

Airbnb is great for anyone on a tight budget, backpackers and such.

So sorry to hear that! Did you fly with WestJet? They are usually pretty good about getting people home when they need to get home.

I hope you are able to start planning for the next trip soon.

Take care, and hope you are able to have a Happy Easter, even if it is the wrong side of the world right now.

So sorry you had to leave early. We are your neighbor, staying at Koa Lagoon and we love the location. Did the Trilogy Whale Watch and couldn't have been happier.

OK, nobody asked, but what happened, l myself would wait out the illness, rather than go 7 hours on a plane sick. Glad you had some fun. Hubie

I am wanting to know too, but I figured it was personal, and if she wanted to share with us, she would. I am sure the decision was not made lightly. I am hope I am never in that situation where I have to decide to call it quits and head home. Sometimes it is more stressful trying to deal with new flights, so I don't think it was a 24 hour flu. Have a Happy Easter everyone and SAFE TRAVELS!
