where to stay

We will be attending a wedding on Pooleenalena Beach in spring 2011. Any recommendations as to accommodation would be appreciated.

There are tons of places where you can stay in south Maui. What's your budget? How many people" Hotel or condo? Which month in the spring?

There will be two of us in mid April. As to budget, we always look for best value, so places which either include breakfast or have cooking facilities, and are close to a grocery store, are best for us. All inclusives are not ideal.

All inclusives are not possible, either.

Why did you post in Lahaina?? It's not handy to the ceremony. Do you have a map of Maui?? You may want to re-post on the generic Maui Forum for more responses. It does sound like you want a condo - and there are plenty in South Maui.

There are no all inclusives on Maui so no problem there. Telling us "best value" means nothing. I could point you to a condo that costs 600.00 a night or one that costs 250.00 a night. Some condo's will have restaurants, most don't. Kihei will be closest to a grocery store and has tons of condo's.

Thanks for the redirection. I have wisely moved this inquiry to the Wailea forum.
