Cheap Eats....prefer seafood on Kamehameha Hwy. or Mililani

We like local mom and pop restaurants example Grass Skirt Grill that have good seafood.

Don't know our way around very well so that is why I mentioned only the two locations .

Open to other locations if can give us directions to the restaurant. Much thanks.

There are numerous restaurants in Haleiwa. Also the shrimp trucks in Kahuku. Tita's Grill is also in Kahuku, just drive down the highway, you'll see it. All the restaurants on the north shore are local.

Yep, Kahuku is the last little town on the Hwy before you get to Turtle Bay. Tita's sit's on the side of the road, just look for it.

Does anyone know if these shrimp trucks are open after 6:00pm?

Not much, maybe 6:30PM or so.

I would not call any of the shrimp trucks "cheap eats". I think they are really overpriced.

Ted's Bakery, while not a shrimp truck, has some seafood and is open later, I think until 8:30 p.m. Plus it has wonderful pies.
