kailua area gardens

We are traveling to Kailua/Honolulu for my son's college graduation with a grandparents one of whom cannot walk well, but she loves flowers and wants to view gardens. Any thoughts/ideas on where to go that might be handicap accessible?

Also, any good thoughts on where we can eat for graduation celebration night? There are 12 of us. I have eaten at Buzz's before and that was good, but any local places that are gems?

Thanks!

Haleiwa Joe's (the Kaneohe one..not Haleiwa) is a great restaurant for a large group. The views are fantastic of the gardens and pond. It is handicap accessible; however, the walkway down to the gardens is tough for one who doesn't get around well. You would probably be best with a wheelchair if they don't walk well.

Try this for flowers/plants. I have not been, so I can't comment on accessibility:
