Best would be the new Tamura's Fine Wine & Liquor....

In Aikahi Park Center at the far north end of town. Awesome poke and interesting gourmet food items.


For us old timers wanting a cold one, it's Michael's Liquor at 515 Kailua Road.

For the younger generation it's Whole Foods,

For local hawaiian micro brewed beer, I would suggest either the Kona Brewing Company brewpub at Koko Marina:


or Honolulu Beerworks, which is opening soon:


If you're looking in stores, also check out Maui Brewing Co.
