Does anyone know if these rooms are worth extra money and how much do they cost?

Can you please provide more information? "these rooms" are referring to a regency room type not at Grand Hyatt, rather at Hyatt Regency Embarcadero. Descriptions of rooms and their specific amenities are here: …hyatt.com/hyatt/…room-description.jsp

we don't know what you mean by "how much do they cost" without knowing when exactly you are visiting as price is based on demand. if you have a specific room style in mind and a budget restraint, just give us a little more to work with and you'll have plenty of suggestions from the forum.

yes, I'm told this is true for Regency club rooms. see this reviewer's posted review "An A+ for the Hyatt Regency Club!": tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g60713-d8110… and the ones that follow by pridesf and by rtpac on the same page
