Mtg @ Four Seasons - need nearby hotel

Hi - I have a meeting at the Four Seasons hotel later this month, but can't afford to stay there. Will someone please recommend some hotels within walking distance? Thank you!

if you have a difficult time finding something affordable for your stay, it could be due to a convention taking up all the rooms and causing the price to reflect demand. this is the convention calendar: http://www.sfcvb.org/convention/calendar.asp

Try Chancellor Hotel, Hotel Donatello, Handelry Hotel, Hotel Fusion, Marriott Union Square hotel, Hotel Baldwin, Hotel Cornell de France, Hotel Milano San Francisco, just to name a few

We've used the nearby recently renovated Hilton as a backup to the Four Seasons in the past.

The Orchard, Orchard Garden, White Swan and Petite Auberge are all pretty close to the Four Seasons also.
