Quickbook secret hotel of the day in San Fran??

Quickbook .com have a secret sale for hotel in San Fran for 93$ in Union Square just wondering if anyone booked it and can tell me which hotel it is?i know im cheating :) Also just wondering 3 girls coming in July for 4 nights where is centeral but reasonable place to stay. Clean and safe is all we want!Thanks

click on the map and give us the cross streets, unless it is the same one I see: on the map it shows between Grove and McAllister on Van Ness and I cannot think of any hotel on that block. so I wouldn't trust it if you don't know what you're getting. There are hotels in that area of Union Square and Moscone Center that could be really awful.

I am not familiar with Quickbook.com but there are deals to be had at other discount websites as well. There is a corresponding website for Hotwire called betterbidding.com and Priceline has biddingfortravel.com that will assist you in pinpointing the hotel that you will get. At a minimum, take a look at the hotel lists on those sites to see what is coming up in which star rating and area.

It can be risky bidding on the opaque sites if you are not very, very familiar with a city and also the terms and conditions on each website. Most of those sites are non-refundable.

Good luck with your planning - it is half the fun!
