The DMV site indicates that you would need a non-resident travel placard. That seems a little over the top to me but here you go:

I think that is if you have disability plates you need to get a travel one. According to the Pennsylvania dvm site - and I figure all are probably the same - if you have a placard

If you're a resident of Pennsylvania, your disability placard is valid in all 50 states, so that's one less worry for your next road trip. If you're a disabled visitor to the state of Pennsylvania, the placard from your state is recognized here.

I have a disability placard (3 heart attacks, 2 bypass surgeries) and have been able to use it in every state we have traveled to without any issues or questions. Washington, California, Arizona, Nevada, Florida, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Hawaii -- British Columbia.
