Take the 79 Express from any of the stops near your hotel to and from the Game Since you are near Union square, use maps.google.com to find the nearest stop.

Any of these

Sutter and Sansome (Montgomery BART)

Sutter and Kearny

Mason and Geary

Cyril Magnin and Market

Yes, take the 79 bus - $12 round trip and they run every few minutes. The bus takes less than 1/2 hour to get to the stadium - quick and easy

We went to a game in Sept. The bus service works well. We left 2 hours ahead of game time just to make sure we got on the bus, and then had time to get something to eat. Dress warm, it does get cold. We layered and even had gloves. Bus lines might be long when coming back, but things moved pretty quick.
