Prices of Holiday Rentals

I'm looking at holiday rentals in San Francisco for a week for my husband and myself. If the weekly rental is for ₤xx is that for the two of us unless otherwise stated?

In general a Holiday Rental price would be for the entire property including everybody up to the listed capacity of the property (unless stated otherwise)

Welcome to the forums, woodeez! As Hans mentioned, your topic was initially misplaced in the TA Support forum, however, we have since moved it here to the San Francisco forums where you will hopefully receive a lot of helpful information.

Good luck with your research!

Be careful to look for any stated cleaning fees or security deposits.

Usually the site indicates that a location sleeps 'n' number of people. Within that limit the price stated is for the unit, not per person.

We always recommend people give us the exact address (or street/cross street) of the location they are looking at. Neighborhood definition can chane within a couple of blocks and many owners will stretch the limits to include their limit in the "better" area. Additionally, we can provide information as to whether the area is convenient for public transit, shopping, etc.

If this is not apparent on the site you're using, email the owner and ask.

And welcome to the forums, BTW.

Just to clarify, since there is often something lost in translation between different countries, are you renting a private home, like from VRBO, or are you looking at a standard hotel?
