Burlingame restaurant?

We are stying at the SF Airport Marriott Waterfront. Wondering if anyone has a restaurant recommendation for late night dining in Burlingame? Flight arrives tonight at 8:00pm. Thinking we can make it somewhere for dinner by 9:00....but instead of heading into "town", thought there might be something closer to our hotel? Any help greatly appreciated. thanks!- --smlou

Have you tried yelp and selected Burlingame. www.yelp.com and you can search for restaurants in that area Here are the choices in Burlingame

http://bit.ly/159dBXp

Downtown Burlingame has better restaurants and more choices than the area near the Marriott. There is a Max's closer and some restaurants along the Waterfront. FWIW it is a 10 minute drive to the main area for restaurants

Perhaps someone who lives in that area can help you best if you want something next door.

There are so many options out there...but Broadway Prime might be a good choice of you're into prime rib/steak. They're open until 10pm every night.

If you're running late, Blue Line Pizza is open until 11 on Fridays, and , well, trust me, you won't be disappointed!

There is also Steelhead Brewery Restaurant which is open late, Straits Restaurant (Singapure cusine), which are next to each other.

Broadway Prime is a little farther away from the ones I've listed and very noisy, food is OK, but stay away from Medallion -pricey and just OK.

Elephant Bar or Steelhead Brewery come to mind both open until 11pm weekends, but you did not mention if arriving weekend, or taking time to collect luggage or go get rental car. Most places close 10pm.

I suggest maybe eating at airport, there are some good options there, & we like Perry's or Yankee Seafood but depends on your arrival terminal & gate:

Or plan to eat sliders at the center Lounge Flight 101 at Marriott, open until 1am:

Another aye here for Elephant Bar - good views of the planes too but does get busy quickly but the benches outside are pleasant enough. Good variety on the menu.

I've eaten at Straits a few times and loved the food! straitsrestaurants.com/straits---burlingame-…

There's Broadway Grill if you're a meat fan: http://www.bwgrill.com/

Sapore Italiano is also very good http://www.saporeitaliano.org/

as is Il Fornaio www.ilfornaio.com/…
